JOB CORPS

ABOUT

Pittsburgh Job Corps required a video to highlight the experience and success of students. Cut ‘N’ Run conducted a one-day shoot to obtain interviews and B roll throughout the Pittsburgh campus.

PROCESS

A Canon C200 and 5D Mark III were used to capture interviews and scenes from multiple angles. For post-production, slow motion cinematography along with interviews were cut with high-paced graphics to a modern, hip musical bed. It was imperative to keep the theme fresh and young in order to appeal to a young adult demographic.

A Kessler Shuttle Dolly with a CineShooter captured motion time lapses simulating the passage of time featuring many bodies crossing paths.

RESULTS

The video was promoted by the local Pittsburgh campus as well as other locations throughout the country. Since, the client hired Cut ‘N’ Run to shoot another recruitment video for their Pittsburgh location as well as the Potomac Job Corps located outside of Washington, D.C.

FINAL DELIVERY

The videos were sent to the client via Vimeo and Google Drive. They were able to download the content and post them within their own networks and pages which helps direct web traffic to their sites.
